This one is supposed to come with pots and pans because there was a kitchen. There were only two pots. I requested from the front desk for pans and towels. All they brought me those towels and more coffee pods. I didn’t ask for more coffee pods. I asked for towels and pots and pans. Mentioned it about three times to the front desk people but the girls don’t speak English. Didn’t receive them until two days later. The first two evenings I slept in the king bed. Room 1215. The next evening I slept in the smaller day. I woke up the next morning with bedbugs all over my legs. To the hotel, trying to tell me that it is mosquitoes and not bedbugs. Mosquitoes do not bite in cluster forms. Bedbugs do. Here is a picture of my leg with clustered bites. I spent $20 on hydrocortisone cream. They finally moved me to a new room. The manager ISSA was very kind. Very respectful. The clerks at the front desk do not know what they are doing. They do not speak English. The manager from my checkout date I think his name is Andy he was telling me it’s a mosquito you’re in Florida. You’ll be fine. UMMM NO it’s not. They did not give me any compensation "

"We were given pool side rooms. (Two) rms. The view is great.The whole area was very pleasant.The staff working the pool sauna area very helpful.I don't. The rooms were very nice.The bathroom area was a totally open.Area, so if you were in the bathroom, you really couldn't close it off.But all the glass for the commode and the shower were frosted. But for some people, liking some privacy, this might not have been a good choice. The room was large and comfortable.Overall very clean."

"Don’t drive a big suv or truck you’ll pay double to ballet ridiculous policy very nice but bizzare way to enter and exit. I wouldn’t go back"

"They have automated a lot so there is very little staff interaction. We were not told how to obtain or offered our welcome drink. The bathroom amenities are not what I would expect for a $500/night hotel. The glasses in the cabinets were understocked and I could not turn the A/C below 70. Won’t be back. "

"The place was a little run down. You could tell that it has been repainted, but nothing fixed before it was repainted. Large bugs crawling around the outside of rooms. Our room had an alarm that would go off every time you opened the door. This was not a hotel, but more of a motel. First desk attendant never greeted us, just instantly ask for our name and my driver's license and credit card. The shower flooded onto the bathroom floor anytime you used it. The rooms were pieced together with old or make shifted furniture. Pictures and description were false advertisement. Would NOT recommend this place. "

"Beautiful suite, and we loved the pool and gym. Parking was easy and it was a great location and home base if you have a car to explore around. Close to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores too. "
