「We stayed in the family select section and there was so much attention paid to stocking the room with things we would want and need. They understood our son is older (12) and made sure there were age appropriate things for him to do for fun.
Each building has a personal butler and concierge who offered to plan an itinerary for us every day based on how we felt.
There are so many activities including, we were always finding new things to do every day.

「Overall Impression: A beautiful stay marked by exceptional dining
experiences and a few service inconsistencies.
Dining Excellence: Helios was the consistent star of our trip for
breakfast (the chia seed pudding is a must-try) and dinner. A special

「All the staff was excellent, specially the kids club and family selection!
Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more…
Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best!

「Was a truly wonderful hotel, from the rooms to the staff to the service everything here was an amazing experience. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum.
