"Hotel features a Royal style. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. You can early check in in the morning if the room is available. Jimmy and Sulli are very kind, asking them if you have any question about the famous destination. The hotel provides excellent service. However, the prices are slightly higher during the holiday season. Halong and Ninh Binh tours were excellent, with well-planned excursions that allowed me to explore the area's hidden beauties. I can't say enough about this hotel...

"This hotel is OK for the price , staffs are very helpful and friendly , great breakfast and great location ,Hoan Kiem Lake ,Old Quarter ,walking street and lot of attractions are in short walking distance from the property. But this is not a 4 star hotel as they advertise as well as no laundry facility in the hotel. "

"Easy check in and very friendly staff. The hotel rooms are quite dated and need upgrading, however everything was clean and tidy. There are lot's od restaurants within walking distance and it has a mini mart attached aswell as an ATM."

They fixed the issue in a very timely manner and ensured that we were comfortable and happy!
