We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at somerset hotel in Hanoi. We are a family of 5 and our 3 bedroom suite offered space for everyone. The pool and workout facilities were amazing and offered us a nice break from bustle of the city in the afternoons. Highly recommend this hotel !

Very spacious place. We definitely had a lot of room for our luggages and great counter space in the bathroom for our toiletries. Some things we were hung up on were that the outlets weren't very good and that the washer/dryer was difficult to use. It was very tiny and it took a very long time to dry out clothes. Other amenities within the hotel, it had a great gym. It was very spacious, clean, newer equipment, and a water cooler. They had a pool, which our kids took advantage of. They were very attentive around the pool as well. This hotel is also connected to a little mall where there were some food options, grocery mart, souvenir shopping and a massage place. Overall my family and I enjoyed this hotel very much.

Excellent place to stay with kids out of the hustle of the old quarter. Large pool area, table tennis pool and spacious rooms. Location only a short walk or taxi from prominent spots. Pick up drop off from airport was aldo excellent. Pool and dining staff excellent and always interacted with the kids.
