The hotel is in an awesome location in the old quarter easy walking distance to all the sights. The staff were amazing particularly Liam who was so good and arranged most of the trips and transportation for me as was Willy and the rest off the staff. The roof top pool and bar is great and the breakfast delicious. I liked it so much i booked another night on my return to Hanoi. I highly recommend Solaria Tesori Hotel.

The staff is very welcoming and flexible. Our room was big and comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious, and if you're not into Vietnamese food, they have other options, but their food is Good! They also have a Rooftop bar and a pool. We had a nice time there. The airport transport option is a big plus!

We cannot say enough good things about the staff of the hotel. They were so kind and welcoming to us and really made our stay special. We absolutely love this hotel, the service was excellent from start to finish. They served us a welcome drink and dessert when we arrived and they gave us a lovely gift when we left which I've been using at home. The 2 rooms we booked were very nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing and lots of choices. The location is excellent, we just walk pretty much around the old quarter area. I highly recommend this property.

If you are looking for a good hotel that’s in the centre but not on the main road, this is your place to go. The Location is great to explore the surrounding areas of Hanoi. The hotel room was very comfortable and had a very nice interior with attention to detail. I also want to mention the staff: everyone from the doorman to the reception to the restaurant was extremely friendly and always helpful. I want to highlight Hannah, Liam and Eddie who helped me out a lot during my stay and made me feel very welcome. Thanks again! I also recommend using the laundry service (very neatly done) and the spa.

We booked one more night to a different room #604 at almost 1/2 the cost of #405 room with no windows and tiny bathroom. Surprisingly #604 is much nicer with outside light window and larger funfional bathroom. Wish we had this room earlier for 4 nights.

Amazing stay! All the staff - from the front desk, spa, lobby, and breakfast - were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We had a great massage at the spa. The breakfast has many options with Vietnamese, Asian, and western foods - both for the buffet and a la carte options. Hotel is centrally located in the old quarter and walkable to food and main attractions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi !
