"The front desk secure was excellent. Vanessa was the best. We had an issue with the shower and she provided attentive resolution. "

"Ben at the Front Desk was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. We wanted to be on the third floor but needed an elevator. There was one close by - perfect location. But it was not in service the first day. The ladies at the breakfast area were wonderful. Attentive and highly efficient. Toilet plugged up once and one dresser drawer would not close all the way and sometimes slid open, tv had slow reaction time and lost signal at times. Overall, excellent stay."
