"This hotel is like a motel in the 60’s and old with wall air conditioning. The price was pretty high for this room, but there doesn’t seem to be many choice around, so we only stay for one night."

"The location was perfect for our needs. The comfort was wonderful. The beds were the right level of firm and soft. Other than the water pressure being soft; the shower was great. The amount of electrical plugs and USB plugs was great. Usually there aren't enough. And I enjoyed the convenience of using the Hilton App."
"Perfect stay for the price point. We needed a place that would let us have our dog with us. Their pet fees were fair and the room was clean and had nice amenities. I would only say that the room smelled a little like a smokers room. This is probably from years past as they allow no smoking in the hotel at all. Otherwise the it was a great stay. "
"I loved how quiet it was. It was perfectly clean.
I also so appreciate a non corporate ambiance with different art in each room.
The managers are lovely and very helpful. Its a much warmer and more personal experience that most motels provide. Bed was comfy, bath water was nice and hot!
Its my favorite place to stay in Chico! Plus, its not over priced. I think many of us are tired of being gouged when we need a place to stay. Their pricing is very reasonable.
Highly recommend it!! Great location with lovely landscaping too, and less than a mile to downtown Chico.
Perfect!!"
"Great, however please get icemakers working on all levels. Not fun to travel down a level to get ice. I have been there every 6 weeks and 1 ice maker still wasn't fixed. 2 months out already....Otherwise, stay, breakfast, cookies for snack time in evening are 5 stars!"
