「 The staff did not appear to be well trained it took us 20 minutes to get checked in. There was a problem with another guest reservation, and we had to hear the issue about 5 times over the phone, once we got to the counter took 3 minutes. She could have put the people on hold helped us and the person behind us then went back to the issue. The staff did not check the dining room in the morning to clean tables and to make sure items for breakfast were stocked, they sat at the reservations desk on...

「Front desk personnel very pleasant. Room not in excellent shape, furniture needed repair, ran out of breakfast food offerings (which were minimal) .... second floor difficult for disabled and reservation site needs option to indicate disabled ...」

「Staff provided me an unusable key, so i had to schlep my luggage back to the front desk to get a key that worked. Then i had to 2X call about noisy neighbors on the floor above me, both at night and the morning. Also, cleaners failed to clean the fridge from previous occupants. On the plus, side, the manager was very apologetic when i addressed these issues with him the next day. He even comped me breakfast as a means of making up for the unsat experience. 」

「Absolutely LOVE this hotel! The property is gorgeous, the location is super convenient & the staff is lovely. This is our 2nd stay & I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Chico. It’s been perfect both times. 」

「The hotel was very clean. It is in a great location right next to a Dutch Bros, a brewery and Best Buy. The pre-cooked breakfast was not as good as the other times I stayed there. The cinnamon rolls are still great. I would highly recommend this location.」

「Didn’t follow requests for lower floor/ well lit area and late check out. No ice bucket in the room. Floor was filthy, ceilings were gross, just unclean. Sketchy area too. Next time I’ll pay more for a nicer hotel nearby. 」
