A Christmas Story!

Paper thin ceiling

I was supposed to stay at the Residence Inn which I booked months ago but the Wednesday before my Friday visit I was walked to the hotel next door. Wish they had not done that, great service there but ceiling is paper thin. The guests above me kept me awake starting 3am walking around, heard every excruciating sound.

The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. We were there for an organized bike ride and they opened the free breakfast an hour early to accommodate all the cyclists. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy ones! The coffee was great too! There were even fresh berries. As we were doing the ride the next day, we asked if they would store our luggage to keep it safe. They instead offered us late check-out until 2pm! We were able to return to our room and shower before driving home (after being rained on during our ride). We could not be more grateful to have the room late. We will absolutely stay again and told the ride organizers how wonderful the hotel was. Thank you.

We stayed for 2 days. The facilites are nice. When we walked into our room everything looks clean. The sofa bed wasn’t ready and we didn’t have the sheets. The mattress looked old and stained. On the following day, we went to have breakfast with the family. Around 12:35 pm we came back to our room and surprisingly the room was not clean, neither the bed and the sofa bed were done. Everything looked lithe same when we left the room to have breakfast with the family. I went downstairs to talk to the person at the reception and I asked him why the room wasn’t clean, he respond that he didn’t know. I asked him politely to send house keeping and he said that they were gone for the day. He didn’t offer any answer nor options to my problem. Very disappointing. Stay away from that hotel. Very poor service

Was in an easy to get to location. Nice room but a few problems. One of the bedroom closet doors was stuck, wouldn't slide at all and there was zero body wash in the pump. I loved that we could open the windows for fresh air. And that we had an entire kitchen! Lots of room. Cool decor except the weirdest sofa I've ever seen. Comfortable beds.

Ok to sleep in briefly

Bed was comfortable and room was clean, but door was very tight to turn and made getting in and out hard. Shower head was loose and kept moving when showering without frequent adjusting, breakfast has selection but taste of hot food not so great. No overview of the place when we shared we were first time visitor.

Wouldn’t stay again

We have traveled across the country for the past 3 weeks staying at hotels along the way. This was hands down the worst value for the cost. This hotel is very outdated, dingy, and just gross. We had an ant infestation in our room. The carpets in the room and throughout the hotel were gross and stained. The walls and doors covered in stains and dirts finger prints. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would not stay here and again and would not recommend it.

Noisy with a cup of bad coffee

The check in was fast and easy, however the room they gave us was right next to the freeway off ramp. 25/8 traffic noise complete with nightly lights and sirens! Breakfast wasn't great. I would bring your own coffee for the room it was pretty bad. Room would have been rated higher if it were in a different location.
