"Everything was great "

"We had to check out 2 days early due to the impending winter storm. We were told we would likely get a refund for the 2 nights we couldn't stay. Can someone let me know if that is the case and when we will get the refund?"

"Breakfast was delicious 😋 they kept bringing food from the kitchen making sure everyone had enough. If possible please add turkey or beef meat as an option not everyone eats pork. Enjoyed the 9th floor restaurant with the beautiful view of the river. "

"Staff was excellent and the breakfast chef was absolutely lovely "

"The place was clean, well kept, and there was even a tiny store downstairs where you can get snacks and ither things."
