「The Grand Sirenis Staff did an incredible job at making us feel welcomed from the very beginning! Diana, Ricardo, Ivan, Axel and Fernando all took excellent care of every need. The bartenders were excellent, the food was great and the the entire premises were clean and well taken care of! 」

「We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....

「Great value for your dollar! Expedia VIP granted us an upgraded bracelet to allow us into the neighbouring resort. Highly recommended this as the food at Coba is mediocre, the Akumal resort however had amazing food. On par with premium Vegas buffets. VIP premium also got us a free bottle of Tequila to take home. The entertainment was excellent. We saw the Blackbird show and were very impressed. AC at Coba doesn't go bellow 20•C which can be rough. Overall would highly recommend with the...

「Great staff. Beautiful resort ! Great pools and food ! If your a long beach walker this may not be for you. There are stones and rocks in the water and on shore which made it challenging but still a beautiful snorkel area near the beach bar . I would return 」

「This resort is superb!!! We got married at the resort and spent the rest of the week on site. There are enough food and beverages so that you never have to leave property. So many pools we did not even make it to all of them. There is plenty of stuff so that you never want or need for anything. 」

「Sports bar food was nasty. I wished there was authentic Mexican food at the buffet station. I didn’t quite understand how certain shuttles picked you up or said they couldn’t take you to your destination.」

「Breakfast at Atta was so relaxing. The soft music and stillness of the cenote in the morning was so peaceful. Overall a very relaxing stay. Ham at the swim up bar in the small pool was the best. He was very attentive and friendly. Beds were comfortable and rooms were set up nicely. We loved the convenience of bike check out and moto rentals at the hotel. Within walking distance to popular restaurants and beach clubs. I will stay here again when back in Tulum.」
