「This property was beautiful. It was a little jungle oasis. The rooftop pool and bar was very nice and had a good chill vibes. My only issue with the property was that that the air conditioning in the room didnt work very well so my sleep was not great due to being hot. the staff was very helpful with all our questions telling us places to go around town and helping us a find a nice beach club. 」

「Booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday trip and it was amazing. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures it was extremely clean and very quiet perfect for couples needing a calm and relaxing vacation. It’s not on the main road so you’ll need transportation if you choose not to rent a car but everything is about 15-20mins away. Breakfast was good and is complimentary. The only down side to this was its not an all inclusive you have the option to use the temporary credit they hold to pay...

「Andres, Giri, Sofia and another guy on the morning to evening shift, amazing individuals. They helped us so much. The staffs upstairs at the pool were incredible. They are all so kind, so nice and very accommodating. I could really go on and on about the staff. The staffs that cleaned my room. Organized it so well, I called my mom and told her 😂. Lots of love for that place」

「Beautiful hotel in the jungle! You could rent scooters and bikes. Loved the vibe ans the fact you could use the sister hotel’s Beach Club for free. The staff is very helpful.」

「This hotel was a lovely oasis in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Tulum can be an exhausting city, and the Naay Tulum Hotel was a peaceful and lovely place to spend time. The staff would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. 」

「Property was clean and well kept. Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants and entertainment. We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. This made for your room to get/look cluttered quickly. Also in the shower area there is no bench or area to place your shower gels or shampoos....

「Mimosa was a nice hostel / hotel in a really convenient location. Our private room was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to cafes, shops, markets, etc… but not on the main road. The pool was down when we were there but it looks like they were fixing it. Also, there was a big storm when we were there. The electricity went out but they came around with candles which was really helpful! 」

「Our stay was phenomenal. The location was perfect, about 8 minutes away from town driving. There’s a few small places that are walking distance as well for food and drinks. The service was great, the location was well. Our hosts were very responsive. We did have a small issue with the water being out our first night. We got back in around 2 and the water was out, maintenance agreed to come fix it first thing in the morning but luckily it cut back on by the next morning around 830 by itself....
