"We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....

"Great value for your dollar! Expedia VIP granted us an upgraded bracelet to allow us into the neighbouring resort. Highly recommended this as the food at Coba is mediocre, the Akumal resort however had amazing food. On par with premium Vegas buffets. VIP premium also got us a free bottle of Tequila to take home. "Booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday trip and it was amazing. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures it was extremely clean and very quiet perfect for couples needing a calm and relaxing vacation. It’s not on the main road so you’ll need transportation if you choose not to rent a car but everything is about 15-20mins away. Breakfast was good and is complimentary. The only down side to this was its not an all inclusive you have the option to use the temporary credit they hold to pay...

"Andres, Giri, Sofia and another guy on the morning to evening shift, amazing individuals. They helped us so much. The staffs upstairs at the pool were incredible. They are all so kind, so nice and very accommodating. I could really go on and on about the staff. The staffs that cleaned my room. Organized it so well, I called my mom and told her 😂.
