From our arrival to our departure everything was impeccable even better than our expectations. Best resort experience ever the staff the place the service the rooms the cleanliness the food the beach everything was so amazing I will definitely come back here 😍

I truly can’t put into words how incredible this place is. Of course it was absolutely beautiful with amazing food, but it was the staff that set it above all others. Everybody was caring and attentive from the moment we checked in. Our room was always freshened up (we loved the turn down service) and were always greeted with a smile and hand on heart. A huge shout out to the entire entertainment team who kept my friends and I laughing and vibing the entire time, rain or shine, day and night! Corinna, Ethan, Ernesto, Carols, Marianna, Euriel (aka Brunitooo) and Daniel. Thank you all, miss you already. Xo PS be on the lookout for my application

The hotel is way to new and not all amenities are fully active like spa, night club, restaurant, day shows.staff is extremely polite and professional made me and my wife feel like royalty.whish Expedia could’ve advise not too book here due to this matter.
