"Room for improvement- we liked it but 1) coffee maker but no coffee in the room, 2) balcony sliding door didn’t lock, 3) nozzle on faucet missing and faucet loose, 4) wi-fi needed to be reset twice, 5) wooden chair needed felt pads (terrible and unnecessary noise when moving the chair), 6) bathroom area needs wall hooks. Simple fixes would make it soo much better. Otherwise it was a good deal and we LOVED the cenotes, price was included. "

"Wonderful hotel. Staff was great; accommodating and helpful with all my questions about what to do in the area. Location is great, right across the road from a Cenote that you can swim, snorkel, or Dive in. Free access to kayaks, snorkeling equipment, etc."

"The room was not good. I upgraded to a priority swim out and the lock on the conjoined room was broken the screen on the sliding door was ripped the safe was broken. And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim out room was not worth it if you're planning on drinking. The food was not that good and the only thing the minny bar had was soda and water. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For this being a Hyatt property for me it was disappointing as I have always had better from their property's and paying to be a priority member I was disappointed as I just did not get that. "

"The unit itself was good, large enough for the 4 of us and layout was perfect as it was a couple and two others who had the spare room with their own beds. I would give it a better review but there was construction going on constantly right next to the condo building which is a huge turnoff for me as I wanted to relax, hard to do with hammers and noise all day. Beach is nice but bring water shoes if you want to go into the water. Ocean water was beautifully warm and clear. Would recommend in a year or so when the construction is done. You are pretty isolated though so without a car it is going to be 550 pesos in a cab each way into town minimum. "

Our room could have used some basic maintenance- there were small holes in the wall and mold. Each time our room was tended to something was left behind (I.e., cleaning supplies in shower, dust rag on our dresser, bedding on chair). Would we stay agai"
