"This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana. - it’s old and dated - the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed - rooms need an update - the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but there’s a huge sargasm problem rendering tue beach and ocean a smelly mess. "

"Room was spotless and the ocean view INCOMPARABLE! Comfy bed and linens and a sharp modern washroom area. Small kitchen-y area with a fridge to stash your snacks and drinks. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and priced in line with other places we’ve eaten. Nouria and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful, making us feel very at home. The only shortcoming, in my opinion, was limited seating at each of the two pools. Also—fair warning there is a long drive down a bumpy road with BIG speed bumps that aren’t always marked. Drive SLOWLY."

"The shuttle service is NOT included. It costs $150 each way. Rent a car is you still stay here after reading this. But seriously, do NOT stay here. Could not swim in the ocean. Rocky and full of coral. Even with aqua socks. Everything was beautiful but not functional. The showers went from freezing cold to scalding. No hot water in the kitchen. Uncomfortable seating. Coffee maker didn’t work, was replaced with another broken coffee maker twice. The third one worked but they left the broken one. Basics like bowls are not there but there’s a meat grinder. Property is in the middle of nowhere. Staff were unhelpful and made no effort to communicate. Getting dishwasher pods took three days. The pool was very basic. Area around the place was not great. Lots of trash everywhere. "

"The breakfast was excellent, pool was great, staff helpful, unfortunately in the 3 days we where there no effort at all to remove any seaweed from the beach and the smell was bad, would have stayed in town and commuted to a public beach "

"Room for improvement- we liked it but 1) coffee maker but no coffee in the room, 2) balcony sliding door didn’t lock, 3) nozzle on faucet missing and faucet loose, 4) wi-fi needed to be reset twice, 5) wooden chair needed felt pads (terrible and unnecessary noise when moving the chair), 6) bathroom area needs wall hooks. Simple fixes would make it soo much better. Otherwise it was a good deal and we LOVED the cenotes, price was included. "

"The unit itself was good, large enough for the 4 of us and layout was perfect as it was a couple and two others who had the spare room with their own beds. I would give it a better review but there was construction going on constantly right next to the condo building which is a huge turnoff for me as I wanted to relax, hard to do with hammers and noise all day. Beach is nice but bring water shoes if you want to go into the water. Ocean water was beautifully warm and clear. Would recommend in a year or so when the construction is done. You are pretty isolated though so without a car it is going to be 550 pesos in a cab each way into town minimum. "
