"An amazing stay! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking about visiting Riviera Maya. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they can’t do enough for you and want you to be happy. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, plenty of towels and mini bar stocked daily. The grounds of this are super special with a host of wildlife living on the premises. This makes for a truly unique experience, you never know what you will see next. Food is good, a wide selection of restaurants and buffets. This was our third time at this resort and we will surely be back!"

"The room was nice and clean, they have shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and body lotion. The service was fast! The drink and food are good! The lobby was beautiful, it had a small beach area so you have to come early if you want a good spot!"

"Room couldve been a tad more clean but the staff came in wveryday and replaced towels and changed bedding and swept the room. All staff were super freidnlt and helpful. There were evening shows to attend. Parts of the resort were under consturction but it was still so beautiful. Next time we would bring our kids!"
