「HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I travel a lot and This was the worst resort experience I have ever had. They missed it completely! The check-in process was a nightmare, it took almost 1 hour after a very long day - I had my grandma and she fell asleep in their lobby. Then we didn't get the rooms we paid for. 「The area around this hotel was nice. The hotel was nice as well the only issue is you have to pay for housekeeping and I had to request for housekeeping to come to my room because the floors were filthy. I would recommend for you to bring your own face towel because after hours they won’t give any up. Also the bar / restaurant is not open on the rooftop and I wasn’t aware until I got there. Overall the hotel was nice if you are staying for a couple days.」
