「The entire staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms are awesome. I loved the coffee machine in the lobby! Hotel is in a perfect location with banks, shopping mall which includes restaurants, shops and various services. There is a Publix right next door. Only complaint is a resort fee that you are not told about nor can see when booking. I believe it was around 35 to 50 and had I known I may not have booked the room. Besides that it was an excellent stay.」

「It was what it was. I will say it definitely the BARE minimum. Think of walls to wall cement. Definitely would recommend bringing comfy slippers or something. If you prefer a small twin size hard/firm bed. This is your spot. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything all night long. 「Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help.
