「The location of the property was OK because it’s near the beach but as far as the customer service, I’ve stayed there over 15 times and twice I had an issue with one of the employees which I rather not see his name. He was very rude. I’ve only dealt with them twice and each time he was very rude. I advised him that I will report to the manager. He said he already spoke to his manager about me mind you I only seen this guy twice in my life. The first time he threatened to call the police on me...

「We booked 3 balcony rooms for 2 nights. When we got our rooms we were not able to use any of the balconies due to construction. In addition at 9am they were working on the balconies and we were awaken to a “jack hammer” noise outside our rooms. In one of the rooms there was a rattling sound with the air conditioner and and another room the air conditioner leaked and there was water on the floor. We were very disappointed with our stay.」
