Our flight was delayed in landing and we arrived at like 1am. The front door staff was able to get me late check out. They were amazing, the room was beautiful and comfortable location, very close to the highway so easy to get to but not noisy at all.

staff was good especially the breakfast crew. This is our second stay in the last 2yrs. No hot water in room this year and had to change room . Again no hot tub, still not working after 1 year. Rugs in room dingy. Not enough equipment in gym , and fresh water not replaced in gym.

The staff were very friendly everyone, custodial staff, maintenance staff, breakfast staff, the front desk, each time you would walk past them everyone would smile and give you a greeting.
