"The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar, with outside seating if you wish, and an excellent fitness centre. The shuttle to LAX terminal was prompt in pick up and drop off, athough some passengers complained they had been waiting for an hour for pick up from terminals"

"Our room looked nice and comfy. Unfortunately our room was next to the elevators that had multiple floors. People came and went all night. Very little sleep with the loud elevator. Shuttle service was great. 3rd floor smelled like weed . Very strong. Customer Service techs were great."
