「This was our first time staying at a Premier Inn and we’d definitely stay again!! Very budget friendly but didn’t feel like a budget hotel! Room was quite small but as expected! Breakfast was great and they did a fantastic job managing a food allergy! Zero complaints!! 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」

「The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station. The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect.」
