「When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. 「We have been working remotely and traveling for 12 months and this was literally the worst stay we’ve had. The carpet was so disgusting that we didn’t remove our shoes. The “kitchen” was bare and broken. The only redeeming quality was a good bed and clean linens.」

「Helpful reception team」

「Love the room was nice and no issues」
