「This hostel is situated in the back yard of another motel and there is no sign post. I walked up and down the street several times before I finally got information from the neighboring hotel. The shower is not good. The water is either freezing cold or extremely hot. And I have difficulty finding my way out the next day. They should have clear signs showing the entrance. The room is alright though. 」

「Everything is superb! Would love to stay here again」

「Good 」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「Nice location and very welcoming staff. Well appointed rooms.」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.」

「Big room and good mattress only」
