The reception staff were very polite and friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. 「一樓的甜點都很好吃，24小時！ 早餐可以加錢吃個一次！ 房間的位置離電梯有點遠，對於住七晚的有點不方便。第一天到因為還在調整時差，等了快三小時才check in(原先是3點才開始） 已詢問過，可以提早，所以我們才在大廳等，但櫃檯人員還是讓我們等了快三小時。真的有點心累！ 離我地鐵不遠5分鐘 」

「The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.」

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」
