"Where to begin? The room was extremely tired and the cleanliness was poor. There were: people’s pubes on the sheets, one of the towels had old black gum stuck to it, hairs in the bath, there was a suspicious brown drip stain underneath the toilet roll holder. I was in a non smoking room and it stank of stale smoke (presumably because the carpet was about 25 years old). The bathroom had black mould growing on the silicon. but i can’t blame the cleaners for giving up. There’s only so much polishing of a turd you can do. "

"value for money stay . Different Staff at the reception during our 2 nights stay were very helpful . Special mention to the Napoli Restaurant staff Mimo and Luca where we had breakfast and dinner . They made us feel comfortable , welcoming and genuinel. Thanks"

"The reception staff were variable! Guy who checked us in very friendly, however the woman the next morning was very rude & abrupt. Despite having an email to confirm we had booked breakfast she refused saying this was not part of our booking and actually said the other staff were wrong. Her approach to customer service was very poor and would put me off booking the hotel again! The room was clean & well appointed. "

"Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp. When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. Customer service was awful, and the place wasn’t even clean to begin with. For the price and what it is, you can absolutely find much better places to stay. Wish I would have!"

"Only one issue the air conditioner did not keep the room cool enough. The food was great/ we had two dinner and one buffet breakfast. All were Suburb Staff was very friendly and eager to help"
