Wow - this hotel really lives up to the Six Senses ethos and brand values, we had an amazing time. The room was gorgeous, and each and every staff interaction was brilliant!
Beautiful premises with nice, spacious rooms and wonderful, very accommodating staff. Gym offers one to one pilates or three for a class. The service and atmosphere made for a truly enjoyable stay.
If you’ve stayed at other six senses, you usually get what you pay for - immaculate facilities and world class service. Here, not so much. The facilities were fantastic but the attentiveness of the staff was way below would I would expect at a luxury hotel (and for the cost). For example, given the rate they charge per night, you shouldn’t have to call reception 3 times to I get someone to help you with your luggage (particularly when they know you are traveling with a baby and need assistance)…Pool was also closed with nothing offered in return for this inconvenience. Hopefully they can improve with time and get on the same level of other six senses. We stayed at the Duoro Valley location earlier and nothing but positive things to say. Do better, London.
Hi it was ok Got a very confused model at reception level ,with the times nowhere to sit with sweaty third space customers with laptops taking up the space for 6 with a latter couple of reserve places for guests but not much.Same with all service people no one knows who’s a guest or a walk by all treated the same so getting a coffee was a nightmare.Six senses need to decide what is it a posh working space for non guests ? Wouldn’t stay again
