"Accessible bathroom floor got totally soaked when showering. Room quite noisy from other guests, especially in the room above stomping up and down. Hoppa bus didnt turn up at 4.45am, so im really glad we decided to get the 5.15am one."

"Staff were friendly. Very clean and good value for money. A lot of litter in the entrance outside due to a council bin overflowing which isn’t the hotels fault. The doors did stop working whilst we were there and the sockets in the room seemed to be poorly maintained but, not an issue we just used a different socket. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"On arrival we were greeted by staff and our room was ready and waiting for us after a long day travelling. The room was clean and tidy. We booked breakfast and it was hot and plenty to chose from. "

There was an issue with the room booking, the way it was communicated was not professional. The next morning, another front staff member was not customer friendly upon requesting assistance and was most dismissive. Overall the location was good and the hotel was bright & airy with a good restaurant & cafe, but the actual hotel staff could use improvement."
