"We paid for breakfast but the front desk said we didn't order one I want a partial refund. The AC didn't work. Had to call maintenance to fix it . Cleck at FRONT desk at checkout was irritated and not helpful when I asked a question"

"The room was very basic and comfortable. The location was ideal since it is around 10-15 min from LHR airport. The dinner choices were limited but tasty. The only complaint I had was the AC was really loud and made it q but hard to sleep and the floor in the bathroom was very squeaky. But the value and location is great. This is quite far outside of the city though so if you're without a car and relying on public transport or Uber, give yourself at least an hour to get into central London."

"We stayed at the Sheraton, Heathrow because we had an early morning flight (5:00 a.m.) When we got to the room, there was a dirty bathrobe hanging in the closet. We booked a family room, there were not enough towels for everyone. There was still water in coffee pot. The room obviously was not cleaned from the previous folks. At 2:00 a.m. the fire alarm warning went off for about 5/10 minutes. This was not the fire alarm, but rather a warning that they were checking it out and to wait for further instructions. That was shut off and proceeded by a repeating alarm that there was no fire and the alarm had been canceled. That alarm continued for another 5/10 minutes. We tried to get a drink before we went to bed, their "bar" was tiny and there wasn't room for the 3 of us to sit. Mind you this was on a Monday night. We walked over to one of the nearby hotels for a nice cocktail and dinner. The staff was kind and helpful."

"Overall, our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily, and the front desk staff were always friendly, respectful, and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well, and the overall comfort of the room met our expectations. The only negative experience we encountered was with the host at the restaurant. Unfortunately, he came across as rude and disrespectful, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to order food there. We did report the incident to the front desk the following morning. Aside from that experience, the rest of the employees we interacted with were respectful and professional."

"Easy access via short cab ride from London Heathrow, terminal 5, and quite a nice property. Modern looking on the outside, but all the amenities on the inside, including executive lounge, that is well stocked, a nice Italian restaurant with great food and a pretty hopping bar in the lobby"

"It was an excellent stay. My primary suggestion to the management is that we arrived by Uber. The signage was not clear so he dropped us off at the N end of the building. All the bird droppings there, and no "Welcome" signs there created a pretty bad/strange first impression. And the communication about having to wait to check in seemed a bit off. I think that's because how long we'd have to wait was unclear. (The wait wasn't terrible, but the communication was a bit off.) And there was some confusion/surprise about what a "2 course meal" means. That might sound all bad, but the stay was actually pretty good. We were impressed and would come another time now that we understand the best parts as well."
