Lovely looking hotel, in a great spot! Room was lovely and spacious and clean with nice comfy bed.
What let down the stay was some of the staff and how they seemed completely uninterested in helping guest! Ushered off the terrace as they said all tables were booked for dinner, this was at a time where not one single table was occupied. We only wanted drinks, were told to sit in the bar which was fine however staff continued to walk past us and and another couple who too were sent to the bar and didn’t serve us for 15 minutes or even acknowledge us, so we just left and went elsewhere.
A quaint little hotel with lots of character. Was a beautiful spot along the River Thames. The staff were excellent and it was walkable to almost everywhere.
Great location, great staff! Right off of the river with great views down the Thames. The staff (James!) were super helpful. Only downside was that noise travelled through the hotel very easily. I woke up and thought housekeeping were in our room, only to discover they were actually in the room next door:
Wonderful location, amazing room and such a comfortable bed, great food and drinks, and, most of all, unbelievable service from everyone that worked there. We were made to feel incredibly special and looked after, and it really made our stay.
If you are considering booking a room, meal or treatment just do it!!! You will not be didappointed. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms, stunning views, wonderful hospitality, amazing food and the best facial I've ever had - thank you Becky!
I can't wait for my next stay 😊
The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond.
This is the most charming hotel in a idilic spot right in the river and a short walk to the center of Richmond. The staff were amazing, couldn’t have been friendlier or nicer and really cared.
Lovely hotel on the Riverside a stones throw away from Bars, Restaurants, shopping and Transport links.
Stayed in the Cosy room which were ample for space and was very clean.
Great location overlooking water… rooms are nice and comfortable although some updating could be in order soon. Bar is great and staff very accommodating.
Great rooms and location. No lift/elevator but only 3 levels. A little pricing on the food options so get the breakfast included.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Breakfast was delicious and the grounds are so unique and pretty! The only downfall was that I could hear everyone walking up the stairs and in their rooms late at night. Otherwise, great place and location is perfect!
Beautiful old world property right on the Richmond river walk. Fully renovated. Fabulous living and dining common areas; exceptionally good breakfast. I was unhappy with my mattress, but I am particular. Overall an exceptional stay.

nothing really that special but staff were friendly.
Overall ok
Brilliant stay and the restaurant was incredible. Amazing service and the copper bath was a lovely luxury. Only thing is there was no milk for a cup of tea but I’m sure they would’ve got me some if I’d asked.

Lovely people. Great location. A teeny tiny bit tired here and there. I can get a tad hot on the top floor. But otherwise highly recommend
This was the third time I’ve stayed at Bingham Riverhouse, and I have to say I love it. On this occasion they upgraded my room on arrival which was great. The room was tucked away at the top of the building and beautifully quiet at night. The massive shower in the bathroom was a delight. Breakfast as usual was delicious - though not included in my initial price, as I’d booked through a third party. This was the only downside in an otherwise great night’s stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back.
