Very happy with adjacent family rooms. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Gym and spa facilities next door to the hotel were fantastic.

The room was clean and tidy. Even though we checked in late, the staff were very nice and friendly. Special thanks to Sabina and Donna — they were so welcoming when we checked out early in the morning. My kids especially loved the hot chocolate 🙂

Plus points: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Shower was great and the soaps/shower gels etc were really good quality. Negative points: Room was missing a phone so we couldnt call for room service. The coffee facility was missing pods, and the bed sheets (whilst visibly clean) smelt very odd.

I was surprised at a stain on the floor under the toilet and an item of rubbish, I assume from the previous occupant that hadn't been picked up. As a regular visitor to the hotel this was something I hadn't experience in previous visits. With hindsight I should have mentioned this to the reception staff, who were very helpful in explaining the heating system in the room. Never the less, I will be returning to the hotel in the near future

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were super helpful. Within an hour or checking-in, staff contacted us to check if we were settled. A lovely experience!

The room is superb, clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable as well. Have a nice recharge there. About the pool as it is not located within hotel, i think its better mentioned as additional to hotel guests and prepare one-time lock for hotel guests so we can also enjoy the experience better.

Excellent hotel, we ate in the restaurant food is great, we had the chicken tikka as starter and that was really good, attention is great, staff are so friendly, only think get another draft beer as madri is not the best one, drinking in plastic cup is not great too when we are drinking procceco, but the rest was amazing, comfy bed, big rooms, I will come back for big events in there

Checkin was fine. The car park was signposted, but not entirely obvious that it was the correct one for the hotel. Nice to be able to visit the swimming pool, spa and gym for free next door. I was given a 'free drink' voucher, but was unable to use it as the bar had no staff available at 18:30 on a Saturday to redeem it. There was a fire alarm at 1am, which meant everyone was forced outside, only immediately to be told to go back in. Families with small kids etc. Bed was very hard and gave me neck ache. There was a coffee machine, but only two decaf pods with space for four others which weren't there. Would I stay again? I doubt it.
