「Good for nice , nice breakfast」

「Stains on the bedsheet, no flippers, cold, bad sound proof, a fly in the breakfast. But staffs are friendly. Hope it can improve infrastructures.」

「great staff - helpful. Clean room. Breakfast was alright. close to train.」

「the property had been closed and renovated and recently reopened. we liked its freshness and decor and its amenities. the water and milk supplied in the room's mini fridge were a very nice touch. it is so close to the Westfield mall and Shepherds Bush underground.」

「Close to shopping mall and transport center, highly accessible.」

「All good」

「Small room, but very clean.」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」

「As schedule changed,we want to change the last checkout date and switch to another date, but they don’t agree」
