He was a perfect home away from home with the basics you need to warm up food cigarette to eat plates, cups, coffee, maker, tea maker, and just clean and comfortable room

Location was great, close to the train station. Property was very hot, window only opened a crack but they were responsive & let us know where a fan was that we could use. Just a bit cramped for us.

It was really nice and included a lot such as a mini fridge, utensils, water, coffee and tea. Iโ€™d say the only issue I found was the dryer didnโ€™t really dry and there was light construction but other than that great stay

Efficient and modern

Efficient hotel in a great location. Unfortunately my room was extremely hot (end of April), a fan was provided which alleviated it to some degree.

My room 205 was clean and comfortable but pretty small . Good for one person and Perfect for a short stay. The coffee bar, microwave, mini fridge, and complementary tea and coffee was a nice touch. No elevator, which can be difficult with big luggage. Be sure to download the BOB. W app for easy check-in, door code and to unlock your room because of keyless function.

I didnt mind the electronic chwck in. It worked very well. Comms were very good.The public areas are beimg worked on, which is a good thing. My room was adequate and well equipped, but just too tiny for my liking and comfort. I'll be back but will book q bigger room jext time.

Perfect area for transportation like bus or train stations 3 minutes walking from bus or tube station. Kensington is a nice area. bob communicated so fast with me. Great amenities for price and place. Would recommend your stay w bob

Used WhatsApp to communicate with Bob the host, and he was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location for tourists as it is closed to the Kensington Olympia underground station.

It takes a bit to get used to lack of hotel staff as everything is through your phone but bob w does contact you through whatsapp amd gives youbthe codes to your room and tips for your stay. there is a bus near that takes you to the train where you can access most landmarks in the city.

Great stay in the West Kensington area. The apartments are clean, beautiful, and cozy. Small, thoughtful details like personalised cards, local coffee, and shortbread make you feel welcome. Very close to the London Olympia events place. A few parks are nearby to enjoy nature. Walking distance to a few underground stations helps to plan your commuting easier.

Good stay in Bob W Olympia, great response from the team on WhatsApp. Nice facilities in the room, clean and comfortable. Just one note if you are very sensitive to outside noise, it can get noisy if you have a room facing the main street. At least they provide you with ear plugs.
