The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about staying there again.

The only downside was the last night patrons across from the room and the floor below slamming doors, running up and down the stairs, playing loud music and making so much noise into 4 AM, treating the establishment like a fraternity ...
