「The shower - the water is not strong enough for me to clean my long hair well. Beside. There’s no option to move the shower head which makes it difficult to just rinse my feet when I choose to.」

「位置很好，离SL3公交车站近，不拿行李的人出行很方便；有shuttle bus到机场，很贴心；早餐丰盛，咖啡很好喝。」

「Great!」

「Horrible stay at DoubleTree Boston Downtown with 4 critical issues: 1. Waited over 1.5 hours for a room starting at 6 PM check-in 2. Loud bar noise at 2:30 AM left me completely sleepless 3. No toothbrushes provided; app request ignored, staff only rushed checkout 4. My key card was deactivated BEFORE checkout, elevator blocked—had to walk up 6 flights of stairs Terrible service, zero comfort, overpriced and not recommended at all.」

「The location of the hotel is fantastic! You can walk anywhere! However, our two rooms were stained w odd red stains and weird drips on the wall. For the price i was expecting a cleaner room. I wouldn’t stay there again but the location is great.」
