"Breakfast was absolutely incredible and it’s so cool that you can get any latte/coffee up until breakfast ends! What an absolute steal! Incredible location close to shopping strips and buses/trains "

"Great location. Host of issues though to the point that i changed hotels after 1 night. The do not have smart TVs so you cannot access netflix on their TV. The property also has a "desitnation" charge of 50$ which i was told is standard for "every" hotel in Boston. Funny, swtiched to the Marriot in the North end, and they do not have this tax. Water pressure in shower is horrible. Also, the daytime manager told me from 5-7 they offer free drinks and live music. So around 6pm I decided to go to the lobby before dinner. The musicuian was just leaving. Apparently, the Manager was unaware the the time for music and happy hour was 4-6. Moved to the Marriot. Not just a bit better--way way way better. I will not stay at a Hyatt again as this is not my first issue with Hyatts. "
