"Really nice property ! We stayed couple nights before heading to the cape- and it did not disappoint! 5 star property and service. Would definitely stay here again! "
"Close to State station, downtown crossing station, and Park street station. Very conveniently located. Room size is not that big but it’s still way better than other hotels in that area with the same price range. They have a water station with bottles for free, which was very useful for our trip. They also offer their complimentary snacks in the room. Outlet for the hairdryer in our bathroom was broken but we used the one by the desk. I recommend this hotel for those who want Boston sightseeing."
"My recent stay at the Omni Boston Hotel was great! The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect! Being so close to the convention center was also very convenient for the Expo! I would definitely stay again!"
"Bed was on the soft side. The service in both the bar and the restaurant was excellent. The room was unexpectedly ready early a nice surprise check in was fast and efficient "
"Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Since this was our first time in Boston the staff recommended places to eat and where to go. They did not disappoint. Will stay here next time in Boston. "
