Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. "Check-in was a breeze because the hotel had texted us earlier to supply the customary information. One disappointment was that we were registered for a third floor room, but the elevator was out of commission. Which meant lugging our stuff up 3 floors. The desk clerk offered to help, and my macho self could not accept. We did not have so much stuff anyway. Tomorrow the hotel will move us to a room on the first floor. "
