「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「An absolutely stunning hotel in a fabulous location, absolute luxury and cannot fault. Room was pure comfort with a view to die for through the floor length windows and from the balcony. Hotel has a beautiful terrace for enjoying the stunning views. The staff were a joy and couldn’t do enough for you - I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to stay in sheer comfort and enjoy absolute quality accommodation. 「Fantastic location, quieter part of Port de Soller but only minutes walk to main restaurants, bars and tram for Soller. The beach was right in front of the hotel. We had a sea view room and woke up to a glorious view of Port de Soller every morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet and able to eat at tables out the front looking across the bay. Would definitely come back to this hotel.」
