「The staff was welcoming from the moment we got in, we were lucky enough to check in early and enjoy our beautiful casita.. everyone was helpful and accommodating with any questions we had. My 1 small complaint was one of the 2 queen beds had hairs in the blankets and pillows and a stain on the white sheets. Everything else felt clean, would have been nice to feel a clean bed since it was so comfy, I slept on top of the sheets due to the hairs and stain. 」

「It was our first time staying at Descanso (my partner previously stayed at the sister property, Santiago), so outside of the pictures, we didn't know what to expect. The service is top notch. We were receiving updates via text messages, and they were timely and on point. Special shout-out to Dustin for making our arrival a breeze with updates and his amazing introduction to the property. The property is chic and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. There's a pool, hot tub, firepit (in...
