"Everything from the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room was excellent . The location is a bit away from Umeda and Dotonbori but they are both a short train ride away. The entrance to the Metro is directly beside the entrance to the hotel so access is very easy. "

"The hotel was beautiful, welcoming and easy to check in/out, very clean, so many amentities, direct access to the subway, convenience store, spa, it was wonderful all packed into a small little room just enough for the two of us :)"
