「THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it...

「First problem was I had no access to the bathroom I could get in the front door in the bedroom but I had to leave and go to the nearest restaurant to use facilities. Then when I return to the room I was able to get in the bathroom but the bathroom was moldy the common area with shared with a lot of people and it was all dirty I couldn't even put in on the counter. Because of that I left. I would appreciate a refund for not being there Tuesday or Wednesday. 」

「It was okay.. I wouldn’t stay again. Our room was extremely outdated with carpet flooring and just felt meh. The check in process was ridiculous as they valet your car we watched the valet drivers backing into other vehicles and damaging them. 」

「Ad did listed as whole house. Only renting rooms. Pool dirty. Wasn't cleaned until the next day. Ice machine on fidge broke no ice in the house. No hangers in closest, carpet dirty, not enough parking for guest. Had to move cars constantly. Only stayed because I rented for two nights. Also no benches or stands for luggage. No sitting chairs in the room.」

「Do not stay or book here. Everything went wrong. Our room had no lock on the inside, bugs were crawling everywhere, our blankets were stained, the toilet seat cover was too small for the hole and cracked. We could not stay here and had to go else where. They also refused to refund me. 」

「The Formosa house was very clean and spacious for my family of 9 . The rooms are spacious and each had their own bathroom except for the two theme rooms that had a shared bathroom but it was very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was very fast to response with any questions. Definitely will be staying here again. We loved our stay here 」
