「This was a wonderful vacation location to stay at with my family. we were a family of 5 and were taking a trip to Disney and this was the perfect location. There were places to eat on grounds of the resort with delicious food and close by if you chose to go out of the resort. My family was very comfortable with their stay and happy with their overall trip. We all had our own rooms, and we had a pool in our home as well. 「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Washing machine broke, we stayed in a hotel for six days, and we had to get an Uber to the outside laundry!」

「Property is okay but the hype was way overrated. Small pools between buildings. Rooms not updated in a LONG time. Took 3 days for freezer to freeze an ice tray. No ice machines on site. Water park not included. Cost $25 pp per day!!! Received numerous phone calls wanting to sell time share and left notes on door. Customer service was very nice and helpful when needed.」

「The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve.
