"It was sufficient for 2 nights. It was ok clean, definitely not spotless. We only ate breakfast there once. McDonald’s is a better option. We won’t be back but for a low budget hotel, it wasn’t awful, somewhere between poor and ok. "

"Room was very clean except for the sheets and blanket for the pullout cough. The sheet had several huge holes and the blanket was dirty. Overall the room was nice but was disappointed the single bedroom did not have the private bathroom. The private bath was with the double queen bed which was the kids room. "

"The king with the bunkbed was big enough to sit at least six since it had a couch that was a fold out as well. Also had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, beautiful patio view of the mountains and within walking distances of most things, fresh breakfast every morning. Staff were so sweet and helpful. At first we noticed there was some damaged to the building due to a high truck hitting it going under and limited spots on ground level and found parking in the “basement” which was our go to place, not very many parked there. I would stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge. "
