「We chose this hotel based on the high ratings, and at first, we were a bit surprised , the place seemed a little unusual or even strange at first glance. But as time went on, we discovered a charming place with a unique atmosphere, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the meals were tasty, and the overall vibe was calm and pleasant. We're so glad we gave this place a chance the experience exceeded all our expectations. 「It was perfect! Having small children and being able to keep a close eye on them is most important, and here, we were able to do that, unlike other places in the area that are just too big. We all had a great time at their waterpark and plan to return again. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and staff are super nice!. 」

「What can I not say? This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Conveniently located to all attractions and food. Staff goes over and beyond to ensure the property is always clean. I especially like that’s the grounds and rooms are all non smoking. There is designated area for smokers. Easy check in and out. Daily check in to ensure that we were enjoying our stay👍💯」

「This was an extremely clean and well kept Hampton Inn! Staff that I interacted with at the front desk were helpful and professional at check in & check out. The associate even helped link my stay to my Hilton Honors account for me. Check in & check out was such a smooth process. 「I stayed 3 nights and room was very clean the staff was super nice the heated pool indoors is a plus the location of Ramada Pigeon Forge North is conveniently located by the Hollywood Wax Museum and also you can enjoy breakfast from 7 to 10 am overall I would highly recommend staying there 」
