「The room chairs and couch where just down right dirty. The fold out bed had no covers. Tables had stains on them. Put it this way the only thing in that room that was clean was bathroom and two full beds. Electrical outlets in living room didnt work. Both tvs had lines going through them. Twice out of three days had to get key cards reprogrammed. Talked to staff about room, they showed no real concern. If they would have been another place to go to I would have ate the cost an left thats how...

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The Margaritaville Island Inn is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While the breakfast offerings were not extensive, the food was always fresh and hot. Ample free parking was located at the hotel site. The location is wonderful--just across a bridge from The Island and about a 1/2 mile walk to the Leconte Center. I would recommend booking a room on the Island side. We were on the parkway side and experienced some road noise at times....
