The rooms and all facilities are excellent. Club lounge access is well worth it and the staff are super helpful everywhere. I will continue to stay here whenever I come to Tokyo. It is also a convenient location.
We had such a wonderful time ! The rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff was over the top helpful! The breakfast excellent!!! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Classic Japanese hotel. Impeccable staff make the whole stay very easy and relaxed. The pool and spa facilities are excellent and the 41st floor bar is a great spot for a night cap to take in the bright lights of the City.
Very nice property. Club Lounge offering was mediocre and it felt as if their Japanese clientele were prioritised when it came to service. Also their command of English is not the best.
The moment you step on property, the staff is there to assistant and you feel transported. The property is absolutely beautifully maintained, calming, serene. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. This is one I return to whenever I can.
I truthfully don’t even know how to put my experience into words. We stayed at this hotel for the last 4 days of our trip to Tokyo and we were blown away at the hospitality that was provided to us. Without question the next time we are coming to Tokyo this will be the only hotel we book. The rooms were incredible coupled with the views and the service it comes with will leave you chasing an experience that will make all other accommodations seem lacking. Whether you’re booking for any of the amenities or specific events, this hotel will move mountains to accommodate your needs. This is the true definition of hospitality and service! The breakfast buffet is to die for and if your on the fence between selecting the option or not, you should there selection is impeccable and the service is amazing. The spa is another magnificent moment you should book, we booked the facial and it was magical and so welcoming. There wasn’t a single moment that felt awkward. If you book this place be prepared to experience world class service beyond any expectations you could’ve ever had!! Props to all the workers who work to make this place run like magic!!
Outstanding hotel with superb staff. Facilities were outstanding. Room was exceptional. Staff very helpful, went out of thier way to ensure satisfaction. Location near embassies is quiet so finding restaurants nearby takes a little work.
A beautiful hotel, combining aesthetic beauty with luxury, comfort and restful quiet. The spa is first class and the pool is perfect. We look forward to returning!
I cant express enough how much i LOVED this hotel. It was wonderful. The location was amazing. The room and view fabulous. The staff so caring and excellent. The only place in Tokyo i would stay from now on. My first visit to Japan and the history and service at this hotel was outstanding. The concierge reached out before hand to see if i needed reservations something i very much appreciated - love love love
This is the best hotel in Tokyo , so elegant and classy , we use two restaurants but it has more than 4 , the Japanese restaurant for breakfast ( the reason why we come to Japan every year is it’s breakfast, so good ) the international restaurant is really good but it also has some Japanese options for dinner , it has a mini mall which is in the basement that connects the two towers and has great shops and another Japanese restaurant that opens for lunch , you can also make yourself a suit fait à la main with great selection of tailoring from Italy , the hotel is also just aside the embassy of España and some others. And it has also a museum with a great art collection the hotel itself is a masterpiece of 1960’s Yoshiro Taniguchi which also created the MOMA of New York City !
The rooms are really big with plenty of amenities!
