I enjoyed our 3-night stay with our small dog. It was nice being close to everything - but yet also away at the same time. I do wish this place had more of a grassy area for animals, because it's so close to the road. Overall, great stay. Nice staff, clean room and check in and out was easy. Would stay again if in the area!

"The hotel was really nice and in great condition—everything felt modern and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s located in a safe area, which added peace of mind. Breakfast was average, but that’s to be expected with a typical continental breakfast. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here."

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by such a warm and friendly staff member, we knew we were in for a pleasant stay. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable about the area and offered excellent suggestions for things to do. Hire more like her.

The breakfast and parking were great. Location is great, super close to Dollywood, and about a 20-30 min drive from the Smokies, but our room was quite musty in smell, and even after room service, this odor didn't go away. It wasn't overbearing, but it wasn't pleasant either.

Perfect for the price. Had no problem parking, breakfast was more than I expected which was a really nice bonus. Small hotel so not overly crowded. Front desk personnel greet you and are happy to help. Room was mostly clean. The bathroom could've been better but again for the price I can't complain. Dollies available for luggage which was nice too.
