「I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this hotel was unacceptable. We booked through Expedia for the Fourth of July weekend and expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the shower ceiling, crumbs and trash on the floor, including someone else's receipt, what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets, a leaking shower, and what appeared to be fecal matter near the toilet. 「Having the condo over a hotel room a plus, and was clean. First room was in a poor location. They did let us move to a top floor which had better views and quieter. A big disappointment in the amenities; being that was one reason we chose this property. Indoor pool was freezing and unusable for adults, hot tub needed attention, lazy river was filled with kids splashing, running, diving, throwing balls, etc. (This actually due to "parents" allowing unsupervised kids) since no outdoor pool, it is...
