"This was our 3rd or 4th year staying here for the tennis tournament. This year however was pretty different. In the past inwould give it a 5/5, easy. This year, they changed a few things. For one, there is no breakfast included anymore. They also now charge $25 per night. They also didnt have live music at all during the 4 nights we were there. Little things, but they add up. We love this property, location, views, etc. But these little changes were a bummer. "

"I was greatly disappointed by the terribly horrendous beds. When you lay on them you sink 6 inches making it difficult to climb out. They are more like hammocks with springs popping through. The comforter was torn terribly. Faucets were loose. And when they moved us to another room eventually...the room stank like airplane glue or toxic grouting. The staff was miserable and uncouth. I'd rather sleep in my car and the room was $425 a night plus parking. All in all you couldn't pay me to ever stay at a Renaissance hotel again. "

"The room was great for our short stay needs. Front desk staff excellent and the texting option made everything super easy, responsive and peace of mind. "

"One person works the front desk so waits are long. Room AC and bath fan both sound like freight trains. Elevator broken. Ice machine broken. 8 pools filled with leaves and junk. Our room with pool view was actually a room with view of loud pool pump station building. No pool towels! People were told to use bath towels then wait in line in the lobby, dripping wet, to get fresh bath towels. Very disappointing experience."

"Room is a little dated, especially the bathrooms. Everything worked, but the age definitely shows. A/C in the room worked well, but is a bit loud. Location is excellent and the Pool was excellent to spend the afternoon at. "

"Toilet wouldn't fully flush on its own, I needed to help it out by using the trash can filled with water to dump it while it’s flushing for water to go down. Automatic lights in entry and bathroom kept turning on and off all night. This was a terrible idea folks. We thankfully only stayed one night and didn't find out of all these issues until we were in for the night so I didn't tell them until the next morning at check out. Front desk said he would refund the resort fee which was nice. I hope they remove those stupid automatic lights. "

"The room was clean however the shower floor was peeling and the air unit was older and loud. The entire hotel needs significant updating "

"They need to find a pressure washer and clean the sidewalks and walkways. Filthy. I don't think the elevator has ever been cleaned. Nasty and it is the first thing you see if you aren't on the first floor. The rooms seemed clean, a bit outdated but ok. The pool and spa's were wonderful. The STAFF was the best part of the hotel. The restaurant was ok too. "
