"Everything was fine. The only thing is the hotel room smelled weird like if room was humid. "

"This is our 3rd time staying there. The staff is always helpful and nice. Wr have tried other places and we just prefer the Strat. The rooms are great and clean my only complaint is the bed the mattress is hard. "

"The room worked just fine and staff was friendly. However, on check-in I let them know we only would be there 3 nights and not 4. On check out, I was told we could not change the reservation and therefore were charged for 4 nights. I don't think that is right. If it is a Hotels.com policy, then I think you should refund me 1 night. Thanks for listening."
