"We didn't interact with any staff except security to ask directions and maid to ask for extra supplies. Location is convenient to freeway and great free parking except when you return to the garage in the evening after sports tournaments."

"I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN . WE WAITIED 1 1/2 HOURS TO GET CHECK IN. THEY ONLY HAD 3 CLERKS. I FOUND A DIRTY WASHCLOTH IN MY ROOM. THE HOTEL MANAGER SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE UP TO DEEP CLEAN THE ROOM. WHEN WE RETURNED THE BED WAS MADE AND THE TOWELS WERE RESTOCKED, BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN VACCUM. THE ONLY THING THEY DID FOR ME WAS REFUND 1 OF THE 4 RESORT FEES. VERY DISSAPOINTING"

"Overall a decent nice stay for downtown Las Vegas. Lots of food options and shops nearby. Being right across from Fremont Street gave us something to do each night. The room itself was bit worn down. But you can’t expect much from a more affordable stay downtown. When checking in I’d recommend getting a room facing away from Fremont otherwise you might experience more loud noise and experience less sleep. "
